Marcos Osorio understands the needs of students because he has lived them. A proud community college transfer to UCLA, Marcos went on to earn a graduate degree from the University of Washington in education policy. Marcos has helped bring millions in grants and investments to the Central Valley, supported hundreds of local businesses, and served as a college instructor committed to student success.
